New Inpatient Wing: 90,000SF new, 27,000SF renovation
New Ambulatory Clinic Wing: 113,000SF new, 27,000SF renovation
ED/OR expansion: 28,000SF new, 20,000SF renovation
Coordinated City Major Institution Master Plan revisions, environmental review, Master Use and Building Permits in designated Critical Area, and extensive neighborhood coordination
Parking Structure: Developed concurrently with Master Plan, new “hidden” 625-car
parking structure connected to new multi-level hospital primary entrance
