Kirk Associates LLC plans and manages building projects for public and private clients, and specializes in projects for Healthcare and Non-Profit Owners.

We have provided customized project management consulting services for over 25 years, finding for each owner and project the right balance of function, quality, budget, and schedule.

As the Owner’s Representative, we work as an extension of the client, managing projects, studies, or phases that are complex and/or fast-tracked, and which require a level of effort or experience not available within the client’s organization. We develop a partnership and cooperative problem-solving relationship with our clients to create successful projects as a team.

We can manage all key project activities throughout a project, including feasibility analysis, budgeting, scheduling, programming, design, permitting, furnishings and equipment, construction, and occupancy. We adapt to the Owner’s needs, manage unforeseen challenges, and do whatever needs to be done to complete a successful project. When appropriate, we have affiliated with other firms on large projects.

We emphasize the advantages of our involvement with both Project Planning and Project Management in a continuous, coordinated process. Critical project parameters and strategies regarding functional program, scope, funding, timing, real estate, and team structure are the foundation for the project and the management that follow.
